How long will it take to get my orders?
Fast. We pack and ship most orders within 3–7 business days, then standard U.S. shipping takes about 3–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking email the second it leaves our shop. Most fans have their gear in hand in under a week — just in time for kickoff.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships. It usually updates within 24 hours — and yes, refreshing the page 12 times a day is totally normal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We print fast, so changes aren’t guaranteed once the order is placed. But if you email us right away at hello@werebackco.com, we’ll do everything we can to help. (Pro tip: if you’re on the fence about sizing, grab both — returns are simple and you won’t miss out on limited stock.)
I entered the wrong address—what now?
It happens! Email us ASAP and we’ll fix it if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s with USPS or UPS, we can’t reroute it, but don’t worry — most fans catch it in time.
What is your return policy?
Zero stress. You’ve got 30 days to send it back as long as it’s unworn and in original condition. Just email us with your order number and we’ll walk you through it. We want you rocking gear you actually love.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If we messed up (wrong item, defective, damaged), we cover 100%.
- If it’s a size swap or change of heart, shipping is on you — but we’ll make it easy:• Grab a prepaid label from us for just $7 (deducted from your refund). It’s usually cheaper and way easier than the post office.
- Or, ship it back yourself with your carrier of choice.

How do exchanges work?
We recommend ordering the new size right away so it doesn’t sell out — then return the original for a refund. That way you’re never stuck waiting. Fans who follow this method always end up happier (and better dressed).
What items are non-returnable?
Sale gear, gift cards, and custom/personalized items. Everything else? Fair game.
What kind of shirts do you print on?
We don’t cut corners. Our tees are premium heavyweight cotton, garment-dyed, and built to last longer than a Husker tailgate. Printing is mostly DTG for a soft, vintage feel (the design literally bonds with the fabric), though some drops feature screen print or embroidery for extra punch. Translation: this isn’t cheap merch — it’s gear you’ll actually want to wear.
When can I expect a reply from support?
We’re a small shop, but we’re fast. Support is available Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm PT, and we usually reply within 24 hours(often sooner). If it’s game day, we might be yelling at the TV for a bit — but you’ll still hear back quickly.
