Shipping and timing
Most orders are made to order and prepared within 3–7 business days. Standard US delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days after fulfillment. Drops, holidays and carrier delays can add time.
Free standard US shipping applies at $70 of eligible gear. Below $70, shipping is calculated at checkout. Mixed carts can ship separately. Checkout shows the final rate for each shipment before payment.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Approved returns have a 10% restocking fee, plus an $8 fee if you choose our prepaid return label. Contact us before sending anything back.
