We’re Back Co. is a small shop built by fans, for fans. Every shirt we print is made with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions we get from the Husker faithful.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders ship out within 3–7 business days, and standard U.S. shipping takes another 3–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our shop. Most fans have their gear in under a week—just in time for game day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours of the carrier picking it up. (Yes, refreshing the page 10 times a day is normal—we do it too.)
Can I change or cancel my order?
We print fast, so changes aren’t guaranteed. But email hello@werebackco.com with your order number right away—we’ll do our best. Pro tip: if you’re unsure about sizing, order both and send one back. That way you don’t risk missing out.
I entered the wrong address—what now?
Email us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it’s already with USPS or UPS, we can’t reroute packages and aren’t responsible for incorrect addresses—but most fans catch it in time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Just email us with your order number to get started. We want you rocking gear you actually love.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If we made a mistake (wrong item, defective, damaged), we cover everything.

If you need a new size or changed your mind, return shipping is on you. Choose either:
- We send you a prepaid USPS label for $7 (deducted from your refund).
- You ship it back with your own carrier.

How do exchanges work?
The fastest way: order the new size right away so it doesn’t sell out. Then return the original for a refund. That way you’re never stuck waiting on restocks.
What items are non-returnable?
Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized products can’t be returned. Everything else is fair game.
Products
What kind of shirts do you print on?
We don’t cut corners. Our tees are premium heavyweight cotton, garment-dyed, and built to last longer than a Husker tailgate. Most graphics are DTG printed for a soft, vintage feel. Some drops use screen print or embroidery for extra punch. Translation: this isn’t cheap merch—it’s gear you’ll actually want to wear.
How does sizing run?
Generally true-to-size. If you’re between sizes or like a looser vintage fit, size up. Product pages include specific notes when needed.
How should I care for my tee/hoodie?
Wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle. Hang dry (or low heat). Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print. Treat it right and it’ll be your go-to for years.
Collabs & Support
Do athletes actually get paid on collabs?
Yes. When you buy an NIL collab tee, the athlete gets a direct cut of every sale. No shady middlemen—just fans supporting players.
When can I expect a reply from support?
We’re available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PT. Average response time is within 24 hours (unless it’s game day, then give us a quarter or two).
