Shipping Policy
At We’re Back Co., we’re a small shop doing our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Every item is made, packed, and shipped with care.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days of being placed.
- During peak times (such as new product drops, holidays, or sales events), processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
- Once fulfilled, orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order size and destination.
- Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–5 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the package has been scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions (announced via email or social media).
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
- Please note: international orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive depending on customs processing and carrier delays.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us at hello@werebackco.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we’re not responsible for delays or lost items. If your tracking shows no updates for more than 7 business days, reach out to us and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or locating the package.
