The ’96 Domination Tee is our nod to that era, inspired by the iconic post-game trophy photo after Big Red's 1996 NIT championship run at Madison Square Garden. A moment when the program wasn’t hoping to be relevant… it just was.
We flipped that energy into a vintage-style graphic that feels like something you’d find in a perfectly faded box under your uncle’s basement stairs. Championship posture. Arms up. Trophy high. Proof that dominance isn’t a myth it's just a memory that comes in cycles.

How fast will my order ship?
We process and ship most orders within 3–7 business days. Standard U.S. shipping then takes 3–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your gear leaves our shop. Most fans have their order in hand in under a week.
What if I order the wrong size?
No stress. You’ve got 30 days to return it if it’s unworn and in original condition. We’ll even send you a prepaid USPS label for $7 (deducted from your refund) so you don’t have to wait in line at the post office.
How do exchanges work?
To lock in the size you need, place a new order right away (before it sells out). Then return the original within 30 days for a refund. This way you’re never stuck waiting on restocks.
What kind of shirts do you print on?
We don’t cut corners. Our tees are premium heavyweight cotton blanks — garment-dyed, shrink-free, and built to last. Most graphics are DTG printed for a soft, vintage feel. Some drops use screen print or embroidery for that extra punch. This isn’t cheap merch — it’s gear you’ll actually want to wear.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If we make a mistake or your item arrives defective, we’ll fix it fast and cover 100% of costs. Just email us at hello@werebackco.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.
